SYNOPSIS
Install SteamCMD.
SYNTAX

DESCRIPTION
This cmdlet downloads SteamCMD and configures it in a custom or predefined location (C:\Program Files\SteamCMD).

Installs SteamCMD in C:\SteamCMD.
